Irina did an outstanding job selling my home.  She was also instrumental in obtaining a good tenant for rental of another home I own.   She has excellent knowledge of the housing market and was always available to resolve many issues one experiences when buying/selling a home.  Irina always responded to my queries expeditiously and believe me I had quite a few.  Irina has an inordinate amount of patience which is an asset, particularly in buying/selling homes.  She knows her job and stays cool and calm even when things get a bit difficult.  She is quite good in dealing with other sometimes difficult real estate agents.  In addition, she has  great knowledge of how the real estate market works.  Because of Irina's coolness,  patience and calm disposition, I was able to move forward keeping my anxiety low, in spite of some  arduous situations one faces when purchasing/buying a home.
