What to Include When You Get in Touch
If you are buying, the useful details are your budget range, the towns you are considering, whether you are pre approved for financing, and when you would want to move. If your current home has to sell first, mention that, because it changes the sequence.
If you are selling, the address, roughly when you are thinking of listing, and anything notable about the property, such as recent work or an unusual lot. That is enough for a first conversation and enough to start a valuation.
If you do not know yet which of the two you are doing, that is a perfectly normal place to start.
How Quickly You Will Hear Back
